New Member Orientation

The New Member Orientation Ministry serves to provide a foundation for all new members of the church.  Within the ministry, all new members will become familiar with the history of TBOC, her purpose and her goals.  In addition, new members will be encouraged to participate (vs. spectate)  in the building and maintaining of the house of the Lord by way of learning their God-given talents and understanding their purpose in promoting them.

New Member Orientation Phase I...Phase I consists of two classes that all members must complete prior to becoming an active member within the church.  The first class focuses on the history and purpose of the church.  The second class will focus on stewardship, tithes, and Christianity.

New Member Orientation Phase II...Phase II, also known as the Spritial Career Fast Track Program, is a tool implemented to assist new members in achieving their spiritual goals and increase their involvement in the church.  During this process, new members will be able to observe various ministries of interest and then be placed in the one that is most compatible to their talents and interests.
